Terms of Use
1. Who we are
The Thailand Cannabis Report is published by RCC Ltd., a company registered in Thailand ("RCC," "we," "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of thailandcannabisreport.com and any pages, samples, and content published on it (the "Site"). By using the Site, submitting the form, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.
2. What we publish
The Site publishes market analysis, a paid report and companion products (the "Report"), free sample content, and a Knowledge Hub of articles, all relating to the cannabis market in Thailand. Content is published under a house byline, not an individual name, by design - see Section 8.
3. Confidence tagging and no guarantee of outcome
Every material figure in our published content is tagged Certain, Likely, or Guessing to reflect the strength of the evidence behind it. This tagging system is a statement of our own confidence, not a guarantee of accuracy or of any business outcome. Market conditions, regulation, and data availability in Thailand change, and our estimates are built from field research and public sources as of the date stated. You are responsible for your own investment, business, and legal decisions. Nothing on the Site or in the Report constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in the Report - including text, analysis, figures, exhibits, and design - is the property of RCC Ltd. unless otherwise stated. You may read and reference free content on the Site for your own purposes. You may not republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit our analysis, exhibits, or figures without our written permission. If you purchase the Report, your rights to use it are governed separately by our Licence Terms.
5. Use of the Site
You agree not to: attempt to access gated or paid content without authorization; scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content at scale; use the Site to build a competing product from our proprietary figures; or submit false information through our forms. We may suspend access for any user who violates these Terms.
6. No reliance without independent verification
Where we tag a figure Guessing or Likely, it reflects a reasoned estimate, not a certainty. Where our content debunks a third-party forecast, we show our method openly so you can verify it yourself. You should treat all forward-looking figures - forecasts, projections, and estimates - as inputs to your own judgment, not as guaranteed facts.
7. Confidence tags are not a warranty
The Certain / Likely / Guessing system communicates our internal evidentiary standard. It does not create a warranty, express or implied, that any tagged figure is accurate. RCC Ltd. disclaims all warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of published content to the maximum extent permitted by Thai law.
8. Anonymity and sourcing
The Report and Site are published under a house byline. This is deliberate: our analysis is built to stand on its evidence rather than on any individual's personal brand, and anonymity protects the operators, farm owners, and buyers who spoke with us candidly during our field research. We do not name any individual data source, platform, or business in connection with any published figure.
9. Jurisdiction affecting cannabis content
Cannabis remains a controlled and regulated category in Thailand and in most jurisdictions worldwide. The Site and Report discuss the legal cannabis market for informational and market-research purposes only. Nothing on the Site encourages or facilitates the purchase, sale, use, or cultivation of cannabis in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful. You are responsible for complying with the law of your own jurisdiction.
10. No reliance on third parties
RCC Ltd. is not responsible for content on third-party sites we may link to, including payment processors or hosting providers, and their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, RCC Ltd.'s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or the Report is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your reliance on our published content.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
