The Thailand Cannabis Report
Published by RCC Ltd. (Bangkok, Thailand)
Effective date: 5 July 2026
Contact: support@thailandcannabisreport.com

RCC Ltd. ("RCC," "we," "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect through thailandcannabisreport.com, why, and where it goes.

1. What we collect

When you submit our form to access the free sample or to reserve the Report, we collect: your name, email address, mobile number, company name, country, and role. If you purchase the Report, our payment processor separately collects payment information as described in Section 5. We do not collect any other personal data through the Site, and we do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles of visitors.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to: deliver the free sample and any content you have requested; process your purchase and deliver the Report; respond to your questions; and, if you agree, contact you about the Report's release, pricing, or related updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes beyond those stated here.

3. Who is responsible for your data

RCC Ltd. is the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Any request, question, or concern about how your data is handled can be directed to support@thailandcannabisreport.com, and we will respond to it directly.

4. Where your data is processed (cross-border transfer)

Because we use international service providers to run this Site, your personal data is transferred outside Thailand as part of normal operation. Specifically:

By submitting our form or making a purchase, you consent to this transfer of your personal data to these service providers outside Thailand for the purposes described in this policy. We select service providers that maintain their own data protection standards, but we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies for how they handle data on their platforms.

5. Payment information

We do not directly collect or store your card or payment details. When checkout is enabled, all payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Please refer to Stripe's own privacy policy for details on how it handles payment data.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver the product or service you requested, respond to your inquiries, and comply with our own legal and accounting obligations. You may request that we delete your data at any time, subject to Section 8.

7. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to: request access to the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; and withdraw any consent you have given us, including consent to marketing contact or to the cross-border transfer described in Section 4. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@thailandcannabisreport.com. Note that withdrawing consent to the transfer described in Section 4 may mean we are unable to process your form submission or deliver a purchased product, since that transfer is part of how the Site technically operates.

8. Data we are required to keep

Even after a deletion request, we may be required to retain certain records - such as transaction records for a completed purchase - for the period required under Thai accounting or tax law.

9. Not for minors

The Report and Site relate to a regulated adult product category and are not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 20 or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Marketing communication

If you provide your email through our form, we may send you information about the Report's release, pricing changes, or related content. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the link provided in any such email, or by contacting us directly.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal data we hold, including relying on the security practices of our service providers (Web3Forms, Vercel, and Stripe). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected here.

13. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

14. Contact

For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact support@thailandcannabisreport.com.

This document reflects RCC Ltd.'s current data practices as accurately as we can describe them. It has not yet been reviewed by Thai legal counsel and should be treated as a working version pending that review.
