Licence Terms

These Licence Terms govern your use of the Report once purchased. They apply in addition to, and do not replace, our Terms of Use.

1. What you are buying

Your purchase gives you a licence to use the Report for your own internal purposes. It is not a transfer of ownership of the Report's content, analysis, or exhibits, all of which remain the property of RCC Ltd.

2. Single-user licence (The Report, $2,000 tier)

The base Report purchase is licensed to a single named individual for their own personal or professional use, including use in their own analysis, investment decisions, or advice to their own direct employer. It may not be shared, forwarded, or redistributed to other individuals, whether inside or outside your organization, without purchasing an organizational licence (Section 3).

3. Organizational use

If you intend to share the Report with colleagues, or use it as a basis for work delivered to clients, that requires an organizational or bundle licence. Contact support@thailandcannabisreport.com to arrange this, or to discuss our advisory services, which are designed for organization-wide market entry decisions.

4. What you may not do

You may not: resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Report or any part of it; extract our proprietary figures, exhibits, or analysis for inclusion in your own publications or client deliverables without written permission and attribution; use the Report, or any excerpt of it, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model; or represent the Report's analysis as your own original research.

5. Attribution

If you reference the Report publicly with permission, it must be attributed to "The Thailand Cannabis Report" and may not be attributed to any individual analyst, consistent with our house byline.

6. Delivery and format

The Report is delivered digitally as a file directly to the email address used at purchase. It is never published as a downloadable file on our website; delivery is made only to verified buyers. We recommend you store your copy securely, as it is licensed to you individually.

7. No refunds

Given the Report is delivered as a digital product, all sales are final once the Report has been delivered. See our pricing page for details on pre-release reservations and delivery timing.

8. Post-purchase access

Every purchase includes direct access to ask us questions about the Report's content after you have read it, as described on our pricing page. This is intended to help you use the Report correctly, not as an open-ended advisory engagement; extended advisory work is available separately.

9. Enforcement

We may trace distribution of the Report to identify unauthorized sharing. Violation of this licence may result in the termination of your access and further legal action, including injunctive relief, to the extent permitted under Thai law.

10. Governing law

These Licence Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, consistent with our Terms of Use.
